Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our cabins, glamping tents, and restrooms. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities: - Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas - Make beds and change linens - Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels - Empty trash and dispose of waste properly - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, and upholstery through proper floor care techniques - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel - Adhere to housekeeping management policies and procedures Requirements: - Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
