Summer Temporary Maintenance - Turn Technician

University Townhomes - ONE Position available

Hilltop Residential is looking to add some summer Maintenance help to our Teams at University Village and University Townhomes ! We are looking for individuals to assist our Maintenance teams during our Turn period and would be a great opportunity for anyone looking to learn more about general maintenance and property management! If that sounds interesting, we may have an opportunity for you!

This position would start in late June/early July and employment would end August 24th. This position would be a 6-day per week schedule. Make some money before heading back to class in the fall!

A Few General Responsibilities For Our Maintenance Interns

• Assist with furniture assembly
• Remove abandoned belongings from units
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
• Assist with make readies equal to the standards set forth by Hilltop Residential
• Assist with building and common area cleanliness and general maintenance
  
  

Requirements

• Availability to work a 6-day per week schedule, including weekends during July - August 24th
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation
