Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Denver, CO. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment, tools, and facility systems to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting machinery, diagnosing mechanical and basic electrical issues, troubleshooting problems, and completing maintenance and repair work according to established schedules and priorities. The role involves documenting maintenance activities, coordinating with production staff to plan repairs, and assisting with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades. The Maintenance Technician is expected to follow safety procedures, keep work areas organized, and support continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Industrial Maintenance, including diagnosing mechanical issues and resolving equipment malfunctions in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices, such as routine inspections, scheduled service, and maintenance record-keeping.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders; basic computer skills for logging maintenance activities.
- Understanding of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe use of hand and power tools.
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician, mechanic, or similar role; experience in woodworking or manufacturing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications in maintenance, mechanical, or industrial systems are beneficial.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment as required, and to work in a workshop or production environment.
