Journeyman - Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Service Technician 2-3 years experience
Hilltop Refrigeration is a small company that provides maintenance, service and installations to some of the top commercial businesses in the area. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service 24 hours a day. We are looking for a motivated individual to grow with us and expand their knowledge. We have an immediate opening servicing the Sparks Nevada - Norther Nevada region, California – lake Tahoe, Truckee and Eastern region of Plumas County. Generous Salary to be discussed.
As a Journeyman Service Technician some of your responsibilities will include mild scheduling and training of lower level technicians. Overseeing smaller projects and quoting jobs. You will perform repairs or replacements on commercial/industrial refrigeration & HVAC equipment. You will be responsible for responding to maintenance and service calls as well as installation services. This is a mobile job servicing the Sparks Nevada - Northern Nevada region, California – lake Tahoe, Truckee and Eastern region of Plumas County.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday with some evenings and early mornings. Usual start time is 7am. We do have a rotating on call schedule for evenings and weekends.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and flexible as we are 24-hour service
- Required to have an OSHA 10 Card and EPA Universal Card
- Current, valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Education: High School or equivalent. HVAC/R trade school preferred.
