Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, laundry, and outdoor work as needed.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleaning appointments within designated timeframes.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by using appropriate janitorial supplies and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as organizing supplies and ensuring all areas meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Skills in various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry are preferred.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of custodial practices or experience in hospitality settings is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive cleaning motions throughout the day.
