Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care delivery during assigned shift
- Supervise and mentor CNAs and CMAs to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident well-being
- Document care and communicate changes to the DON or oncoming nurse
Qualifications
- Current Texas LVN or RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
