What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller- Part-Time-Main Office position at HILLTOP NATIONAL BANK?
Shift: Monday & Friday: 10:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Saturday mornings on a rotating basis
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve clients by accurately handling deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payment transactions
- Deposit and cash checks
- Cross-sell bank services
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to produce accurate work, even when under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance & punctuality
- Banking experience preferred but not required
