Job Summary:
Provide a variety of services to branch customers. Become a product expert to understand customer’s needs, provide effective solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve clients by accurately handling deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and loan payment transactions
- Open/Close/Maintain checking, savings, time deposit, IRA, and H.S.A. accounts
- Assist customers with questions or issues on their deposit accounts, ATM/Debit cards, or general product or service needs
- Promote and cross-sell other bank products and services as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online and mobile banking products, trust and payroll services
- Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank policies and procedures related to the position
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, including displaying solid knowledge of guidelines for fraud prevention and robbery
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefer experience in one or more areas of branch services – teller, new accounts, client services
- Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining, selling, and administering financial products and services
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Solid computer skills
- Reliable attendance
