Responsibilities
- Development of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflows as needed to meet requirements
- Assist in the support of the SharePoint ecosystems for all companies under Hilltop Holdings
- Provide access to SharePoint sites and document libraries, adding users, and setting roles/permissions
- Perform routine maintenance on the SharePoint farms, including patching, archival of data, storage clean-up
- Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues; providing communication to affected users
- Assist in configuration, installation and support of software and equipment in an environment conducive to the specifications of departmental or organizational needs
- Assist in migrating SharePoint on-premises to O365 utilizing Sharegate
- Build SharePoint forms utilizing InfoPath designer, Power Apps, and SPFx framework
- Build SharePoint workflows utilizing Power Automate
- Maintain software applications, operating systems, and regular maintenance
- Assist with assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives and reporting to the appropriate stakeholders
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translate to appropriate system requirements
- Documentation of support instructions, processes, and procedures
- Respond to varying monitoring alerts of servers and applications
- Other duties as assigned or required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Combination of equivalent relevant work experience and high school diploma or GED required.
- 2 plus years related experience (analysis, programing, design, debugging, testing, etc)
- Computer hardware, operating system (Windows or Mac) and software/application (MS Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook etc.) skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
- Ability to work within a team
