Hilltop Health Care Center is looking for an outgoing individual to join our Nursing Team This position would be Full-Time with weekend and holiday rotation. RN wage starts at $37.25 plus $3 with our evening shift differential. Higher starting wages are negotiable based on previous experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct evening Nursing Assistants
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician and perform other drug administrations
- Wound Treatment
- Communicate changes in patient clinical condition with physician, nursing supervisor and family
- Complete required record keeping upon residents admission, discharge, transfer
- Chart and document per facility policy requirements
Qualifications:
- MN License and in good standing on MN Board of Nursing
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations you may face and take the action according to the situation
- Patience, compassion, and organizational skills are a must
