What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Hilltop Community Children's Center?
Busy preschool and childcare center in need of Office Manager to start ASAP. This is a full-time, year-round position. Salary range $16 – 18/hour.
We are looking for:
· Excellent computer skills, including database, data entry, Excel, Word, and Outlook, and willingness to learn more.
· Professionalism.
· Good communication skills, including making and answering phone calls, writing emails and messages to families and staff, and in-person communication.
· Takes direction.
· Familiar with inventory and ordering of supplies.
· Comfortable with monetary transactions, including bank deposits and financial records.
· Willingness to learn new programs and skills and to take on jobs as needed.
· Comfortable in a customer-facing position
· Able to multitask
Required:
High school diploma/GED
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Able to work Monday – Friday, 8 hours, year-round
Reliably on time, punctual
Childcare clearances and trainings as needed for position. (Hilltop can assist in getting these if offered the job. They must be obtained before start date.)
Preferred:
Some college or Associates degree
Experience in a similar role
Computer skills
HR experience a plus
