What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Repair Technician (Must have two years experience) position at Hilltop Collision Center?
Hilltop Collision Center has a position available for a Collision Repair Technician. We are a fast-paced, high-volume shop who services all insurance companies. Applicants must be detail oriented, and willing to work as a team. Applicants must be able to produce high quality work, and repair vehicles to I-Car and OEM specifications. Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Perform Work as outlined on the estimate with efficiency and accuracy
- Verify and gather Parts, Supplies, Equipment, and Tools
- Examine vehicle for Supplemental Damage
- Perform body repairs
- Perform Steel and Aluminum Welding
- Body and Frame Alignment
- Operate all equipment in the Collision Center in a safe manner
- Keep the workstation neat and clean
- Maintain quality service by following repair standards, conducting tests drives, perform a final inspection, and fix deficiencies.
- Follow Company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Displays respect towards co-workers
- Be open minded, and willing to learn
- Be willing to continue I-Car Certification
Minimum Requirements
- 2 Years of Body and Frame Experience
- Must have own tools
- I-Car certification preferred, but not required. OEM Certifications a plus
- Must be able to lift 40-60lbs
- Ability to use Frame and Measuring equipment
- Valid Driver's License
- Flexible and focused on providing high quality repairs
- Be willing to work in a Team Environment
Compensation based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
