Job Type: Full-time, Exempt opportunity

Starting Salary Range: $71,500 - 80,500

• Therapist BBS $71,500
• Therapist BBS plus Bilingual $ 75,500
• Therapist BBS, Bilingual, plus Licensed $ 80,500

Wraparound Stipend: $3,500 per year (In addition to the salary, the position is eligible for the stipend)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  Other duties may be assigned.

The essential functions include:

• Conducts Community-based and Home-based Intensive Services, conjoint, and group family therapy sessions under the supervision of the clinical supervisor.
• Documents therapy sessions and additional documentation based upon DMH regulations
• Attends training sessions and staff meetings with program/clinical supervisors both in-person and virtually.
• Responsible for assessment, diagnosing, treatment planning, safety planning, and treatment and follow-up
• Available on-call, 24/7, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to provide support for clients and families during emergencies and crises, both in person and virtually.
• Directly implements program protocols and guarantees that procedures are consistent with protocols
• Is available to facilitate a parenting group or assigned group on a quarterly basis and as needed.
• Assist with covering caseloads in additional programs as needed
• Works alongside a multi-disciplinary team for treatment delivery
• Other duties as required

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

• Masters Degree in a Social Service related field
• Registered with the BBS and has a BBS number
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Previous experience working with severely and emotionally disturbed children
• Valid California drivers license, driving record and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier
