Hillside School is currently seeking learning specialists for the 2026–2027 school year. We are specifically looking for a teacher with experience working with middle school students, and the position may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate and school needs.
Hillside School is a half-day program located in Boulder County for students with dyslexia that focuses on individualized instruction in reading, written language, and math while allowing students to attend their traditional school for the remainder of the day.

This approach reduces academic anxiety while creating camaraderie among peers who are similar learners. Hillside students’ progress is not only measured in academic growth, but also in their transformation into confident, capable learners.
Hillside teachers excel in building strong student relationships, collaborating with colleagues, and engaging in ongoing professional growth. We value educators who are open to constructive feedback and committed to working as part of a team to provide the best possible education for each student. Teachers at Hillside also benefit from working alongside professionals who specialize in dyslexia and related learning differences. This environment creates daily opportunities for collaboration, problem-solving, and shared expertise, allowing teachers to draw on the collective knowledge of colleagues to support each student effectively.
