Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner for our rentals to ensure our properties are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained for every guest. Living near the work site would be ideal for easy commute. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and custodial tasks across various rental units, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
• Laundry will be needed for sheets and towels.
• Must be available to work 11am-3pm every day.
• Conduct detailed floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected in accordance with health standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens to prepare units for new tenants or guests.
• Inspect properties for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for repair or further action.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs and painting to enhance property appearance.
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and inspections for accountability and quality assurance.
• Support industrial cleaning tasks when required to ensure large-scale or specialized areas are properly maintained.

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and residential cleaning techniques.
• Skilled in floor care methods such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently in larger or more complex environments.
• Familiarity with residential painting and minor maintenance work is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality control.
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while handling cleaning chemicals or equipment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
