We are seeking experienced PRN Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to support our long-term care and post-hospital rehabilitation residents. Shifts Available
- Day Shift: 6am - 6pm
- Night Shift: 6pm - 6am
- Pick up shifts when it fits your schedule (no required minimums).
Pay
- LVN: Starting at $30/hr (scales with experience)
- RN: Starting at $35/hr (scales with experience)
- Night shift differentials available.
- PRN positions do not include benefits.
Responsibilities
- Deliver resident-centered nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Administer medications and perform treatments accurately and safely.
- Conduct assessments, monitor changes in condition, and document findings promptly.
- Communicate effectively with CNAs, nurses, residents, and families to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents with varying clinical needs.
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Flexibility to pick up day or night shifts
- Long-term care or post-acute rehab experience preferred
