About the Role
Hillside Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant or LVN with leadership experience to serve as a Clinical Team Lead. This role oversees Medical Assistants, supports providers, and ensures efficient clinic operations and excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise and support Medical Assistants and clinical staff
● Train staff on clinical procedures and workflows
● Ensure efficient patient flow and reduce wait times
● Assist providers in daily clinic operations
● Monitor compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
● Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
● Address patient and staff concerns professionally
Qualifications
● MUST be a Certified Medical Assistant
● High school diploma required (advanced education preferred)
● 2 years clinical experience required
● 1 year leadership or lead role preferred
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● BLS/ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
