Job Description:
CNA will be responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Must have New York State Dept of Health Nurse Aide Certificate and be currently active thru the New York State Nurse Aide Registry.
Requirements of the Certified Nurse Aide Position
- New York State Certified Nurse Aide Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Government Issued Photo I.D.
- Proof of Citizenship
- Updated Physical including MMR and PPD/Quantiferon or x-ray
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or 1st Dose
- 2 Reference Letters

Weekly pay and Direct Deposit Available
Paid Sick Leave: For every 30 hours worked = Accrue 1 hour of sick.
Pay: $24.64 - $27.11 per hour
Work Location: In person
