Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our manufactured home communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of facilities management, and a customer-centric approach to ensure tenant satisfaction. This role requires effective communication, negotiation abilities, and a proactive attitude towards property maintenance and management.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Coordinate with maintenance and contractors to address repair requests and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager for tracking leases and payments
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and files related to property management activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software applications.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with legal aspects of property management is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with property maintenance processes is advantageous.
