We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Kennel Technician. This position requires a love for dogs, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Care for dogs including feeding, walking, and cleaning kennels
- Monitor dog health and behavior and report concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
- Assist with check-in and check-out of dogs
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Help manage appointments, records, and basic transactions
- Work with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Availability for weekends and holidays
Skills:
