Compensation Range:
$18.04 - $27.49
Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range: $18.04 to $19.83 hourly depending on qualifications.
Trade workers perform a variety of tasks that require technical, trade, or industry-specific knowledge.
Job Duties:
- Minor indoor and outdoor painting.
- Repair plumbing and replace plumbing fixtures.
- Hang interior and exterior doors and door frames.
- Replace ceiling tiles.
- Patch and hang drywall.
- Order and replace broken and missing ceramic tile.
- Repair holes in existing walls.
- Replace baseboards.
- Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
The position requires a high school diploma or GED.
