Compensation Range:
$117, $186,294.44
Position Summary:
Hiring Salary Range: $117,296.50 to $129,026.15 depending on qualifications.
Supervises and coordinates the operation and administration of all academic programs in the associate in science area.
Job Duties
- Research, proposes, develops, and executes new AS and certificate programing.
- Collaborates with the Dean of Academic Affairs and helps supervise the Academic Office.
- Serves as a member of the campus' Executive Team.
- Supervises faculty and staff involved in the Associate of Science degree program.
- Addresses and works to resolve faculty and student problems and complaints.
- Schedules classes, rooms, cancellations, loan sheets, etc.
- Coordinates and ensures the preparation and timely handling of paperwork to include purchasing, payroll, and employee evaluations.
- Handles inventory control for assigned area.
- Attends meetings concerning various issues and participates in College functions.
- Plans and controls budget for assigned area.
- Plans equipment needs and related repairs for various departments
- Performs other similar and related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires at least a master's degree and at least five to seven years of prior-related work experience.
