- Maintain, organize, and audit resident medical records
- Ensure charts are complete, accurate, and compliant
- Assist clinical staff with record requests and documentation
- Keep confidential information safe and secure
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and filing skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus (but not required)
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
