We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators
- Repair or replace faulty pool equipment using hand tools and power tools
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary equipment repairs to ensure optimal operation
- Maintain detailed service records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining services performed and addressing client questions or concerns
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience as a service technician or in pool maintenance is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites
- Experience with equipment repair, pool maintenance, and general maintenance is highly desirable
