Hills Pool Service is looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing supplies, and ensuring our technicians have the materials they need to provide outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track inventory of pool chemicals, parts, equipment, and supplies.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct routine inventory counts.
- Order supplies and coordinate with vendors to prevent shortages.
- Prepare inventory for daily technician routes.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure inventory needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
