About the Role
We are looking for experienced part-time servers to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates bring confidence, maturity, and a warm, upbeat presence that enhances the dining experience. This is a great role for individuals seeking steady hours in a respectful, supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, knowledgeable service aligned with our elevated casual dining style
- Guide guests confidently through menus, specials, and pairings
- Maintain clean and organized sections, stations, and service areas
- Follow all POS procedures accurately
- Lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
Requirements
- 3 years serving experience (preferably in casual/fine dining)
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Weekend availability required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional, reliable, and consistent attendance
- Mature, team-focused attitude
