Role Description

Hills Machinery is seeking a full-time Rental Representative for an on-site position in Raleigh, NC. The Rental Representative will manage and coordinate equipment rentals, serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with renting equipment, processing rental agreements, managing inventory, maintaining rental schedules, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner. This role requires collaboration with the sales and service teams to provide a seamless experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Rental Management principles and hands-on experience with Car Rental or equipment rental processes
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in relevant rental or inventory management software is a plus
• Prior experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus
