SCOPE:
This position will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the marketing team in the execution of campaigns, events, and administrative tasks including expense tracking and payment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Marketing Collateral Management
- Conduct regular audits of brochures and marketing materials to ensure accuracy of product details, rates, and expiration dates.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing collateral to branches and individual stakeholders.
- Maintain inventory of promotional items and materials, coordinating with the Purchasing Department for replenishment and new item selection.
Digital Content and Website Maintenance
- Maintain and update content on the company website, including employee profiles, product descriptions, and company events.
- Manage marketing content on the company intranet using platforms such as Sharepoint and Engageware, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Support content creation for digital channels including social media, email newsletters, and blog posts.
Campaign and Event Support
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and community events such as Lemon Boss, Elementary and HS School & Library programs, Industry and Higher Ed programs.
- Sort, distribute, and track campaign materials; manually manage RSVP lists and event data using tools like Constant Contact and Hey Sara.
- Participate in monthly event planning meetings and provide marketing support to internal committees.
Data and Performance Tracking
- Support the development of marketing scorecards and campaign performance reports.
Creative and Visual Asset Development
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and audit visual assets and promotional materials.
- Create and resize graphics for social media, blog posts, and other marketing needs using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
Project and Workflow Coordination
- Help manage marketing calendars, timelines, and project workflows; ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain internal communication tools and documentation, including meeting agendas, notes, and advertising calendars.
Administrative and Vendor Support
- Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, including vendor payment, credit card statement processing, and internal communications.
- Coordinate ad and sponsorship requests, gathering specifications, contacts, and deadlines for miscellaneous opportunities.
Other:
- As part of the overall team of bank employees, this position may be requested to assist in the support of other bank activities.
EDUCATION AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in the field of marketing.
- Preferred previous administrative support, marketing or customer service experience.
- This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communications skills, as well as utilization of office equipment. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva. Preferred previous experience in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Social Media tools.
- Must be able to work at bank events that occur before/after traditional weekday hours or weekends.
