Garage Door Lead Technician
The Garage Door Lead Technician will be responsible for going to around to different job sites, establish vendor connections, and bring up the garage door program.
GENERAL DUTIES :
- Complete and log work orders and turnover checklists accurately.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Report major issues or required upgrades to the property manager.
- Work with other maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to complete larger repairs or upgrades.
