Position Opening
Hilliard Office Solutions is currently hiring for an Inventory Clerk at our Abilene facility.
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review, and analyze the results of operations.
Job duties to include, but not limited to:
- Receive Parts/Supplies/Equipment for Abilene
- Shelving and upkeep of parts/supplies/equipment
- Utilizing company software to prepare Equipment Delivery paperwork
- Monthly cycle count
- Using barcode scanner for staging equipment
- Replenish Carstock companywide
- Parts transfer
- Supplies & parts tracking
- Other duties as requested
Requirements
- High school diploma/ GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal skill
- Able to lift 50 pounds without restrictions
