Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Baseball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering a positive and educational environment for athletes. This role involves coaching players of varying skill levels, developing their abilities, and promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Duties

• Plan and conduct engaging baseball practices that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
• Teach fundamental baseball techniques including batting, pitching, fielding, and base running.
• Develop game strategies and prepare players for competition.
• Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff regarding practice schedules, game plans, and player development.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and games by adhering to safety protocols.
• Organize team events such as games, tournaments, and community outreach activities.

Skills

• Strong background in sports coaching with specific experience in baseball preferred.
• Teaching skills that can be applied to instructing players on techniques and strategies.
• Experience working with students or youth in a coaching or educational capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
