Hilley & Solis Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Associate to become part of our team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of our small but thriving law firm. The ideal candidate is a motivated attorney with 2–5 years of experience in personal injury law who wants to sharpen their litigation skills, gain trial experience, and work directly with senior attorneys and partners on complex injury cases. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, consistent mentorship, and clear pathways for growth within the firm.

Qualifications:

·        Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

·        Active license to practice law in Texas.

·        2–5 years of experience in personal injury law preferred.

·        Litigation experience preferred; trial experience a plus but not required.

·        Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

·        Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.

·        Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities:

·        Manage personal injury cases from discovery through resolution under senior attorney and partner supervision.

·        Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions.

·        Conduct and defend depositions.

·        Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.

·        Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, partners, and paralegals.

·        Maintain proactive, transparent, and empathetic communication with clients, ensuring they understand every stage of their case.

Compensation package:

• Starting Salary commensurate with experience discretionary bonus
• Continuing legal education and professional development support

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time in-person

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday and weekends when necessary.
• Work Location: In person. San Antonio, Texas.
