Job Title: Lawn Care Technician
Location: Bartlett, TN - reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Description:
- Fertilization and Pest Control: execute applications of fertilizers, weed control, and insect treatments to our residential properties
- Lawn Aeration: Perform lawn aeration to enhance soil health and promote optimal growth.
- Customer Consultations: Conduct on-site assessments and provide quotes for lawn care services to prospective customers.
- Field Sales: Generating leads from prospective clients, giving the homeowner and estimate, closing lawn care deals on site
- Service Discussions: Engage with customers to review completed services and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintenance Recommendations: Offer expert advice on lawn maintenance practices to help clients.

Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: must demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Valid Driver’s License: must possess a current driver’s license with a clean driving record, ensuring eligibility for company insurance coverage.
- Flexible Availability: willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Adaptability to Weather Conditions: comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
Schedule:
- Flexible Shifts: include both 10-hour and 8-hour shifts.
- Day Shift: typically early mornings for optimal productivity.
- Regular workdays: Monday to Friday
- Weekend Availability: Must be open to working on weekends to accommodate scheduling requirements.
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay quarterly bonuses
Experience:
- Lawn Care/Pest control: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving record
- Clean Criminal background check
