What You'll Do:
- Apply lawn care treatments including fertilizer, weed control, and aerations
- Evaluate lawn health and recommend services
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners
- Complete daily service routes safely and efficiently
- Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment
- Educate customers on lawn care solutions
- Identify additional service opportunities for customers
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Lawn care of landscaping experience is helpful but not required
- Wiling to obtain a pesticide application license, training provided
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk several miles per day
- Driving (truck w/wo trailer, van, & forklift)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Requirements:
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR (valid drivers license)
- Must comply with all company policies
