What You'll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Resolve customer questions, concerns, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services after customer concerns have been fully addressed
- Complete administrative tasks and data entry
- Support team performance goals and overall department success
