As a full-time Admissions Assistant, you will be responsible for working with hospital discharge planners on patient/resident to our senior care facility. Job Duties Include:
- Process necessary paperwork prior to the admission; strong organization skills are a plus.
- Work as a team with admissions coordinator and other departments to ensure smooth and welcoming admission for the patient.
- Assist the patient or family through the admissions process.
- Meet with families of prospective patients for tours and information about Hillcrest.
- Serve as liaison between new families and Hillcrest staff
