Hillcrest Senior Living, at 311 Broadway Avenue NE, Red Lake Falls, MN 56750, a 28-bed assisted living with dementia care licensed facility and is currently accepting applications for Licensed Assisted Living Director (LA.L.D.) Qualifications Include: Preferably holds a Current and Active Licensed Assisted Living Director (L.A.L.D.) certificate in the state of Minnesota. A two or four-year degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Health Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a similar and / or related field. A strong candidate with the willingness to obtain the L.A.L.D. license within 6-12 months will be considered.
Responsibilities include: Manages the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the assisted living facility. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Communicates effectively with all departments and employees within the assisted living and incorporates a team approach with all. Responsibilities include: interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, scheduling, directing work, rewarding, disciplining employees, performance reviews and addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensuring day-to-day operations are in accordance with State and Federal guidelines & regulations that govern the facility is required to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

This position requires a lot of oversight and on-call responsibilities to ensure that the residents and employees are taken care of. This is a 24/7 365 days per week facility that is always providing care for residents. Applicants for this position need to have a strong desire and willingness to be available and accessible to respond to these needs.
