We are Hiring C.N.A’s for 2nd and 3rd shifts, full and part time.
-Compensation Overview-
- Hillcrest Home pays every other Friday through direct deposit.
- Hourly Rate: Starting @ $23.67 per hour
- (Determined by the union contract available on the Henry County Website)
- Bonus:$3,000.00 Sign on Bonus is now being offered for full-time Certified Nurse Assistants!
-Job Requirements-
- Must be eligible on the Health Care Worker Registry
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have and maintain a C.N.A. certification
-Job Description-
- As a C.N.A., you will be working with the residents in all aspects of daily living. It can be one of the most rewarding and meaningful career choices that you make.
- 2nd Shift starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 pm. 3rd Shift starts at 10:45 pm and ends at 7:15 am.
- Full time employees work 5 days a week (or 40 hours) and Part time employee work 4 or less days a week (or 32 hours or less). Hillcrest Home does require C.N.A.'s to work every other weekend.
