- Bailey Medical Center offers a full range of medical services, including general surgery, maternity, gynecology, bariatrics, orthopedics and emergency care. The 73-bed hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the region.
- Under the direction of Bailey’s Security Manager, it is the responsibility of the incumbent to protect patients, staff, visitors, hospital property, and grounds from discomfort, and/or disruption due to vandalism, theft, bodily harm and/or malicious mischief.
- Incumbent must provide and maintain own personal equipment for use while on duty included but not limited to a firearm and handcuffs. (Bailey’s Security Manager must approve firearm.
- Must also be able to maintain a safe environment by being physically able to; chase suspects by foot (as needed), take control of combative suspects (as necessary), place suspects in custody if the need arises until local authorities are notified and respond to make the arrest.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of proper Firearm use and safety.
- CLEET Certification for Phase I, II, AND IV.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- One (1) year relevant experience or Law Enforcement experience.
