- Utica Park Clinic, founded in 1982, is a multi-specialty medical group with more than 300 employed physicians and advanced practice providers representing over 25 specialties across 80 plus clinics in Oklahoma.
- The Scheduler is responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service activities.
- Specific duties may include patient registration and procedure scheduling.
- This individual should possess excellent customer service skills, along with strong computer knowledge, and an understanding of insurance and medical terminology.
- This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Job Requirements
- One (1) year previous medical office experience
- Previous customer service experience
