- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
The Palliative Care Nurse provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals living with serious, chronic or life limiting illnesses. This position will work with the palliative care team and will focus on improving quality of life, supporting patient goals of care, and assisting patients and families navigate complex medical situations with dignity and compassion.
Job Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma RN license
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
- BSN
- CHPN certification
- Experience in palliative care, hospice, oncology, ICU, or case management
- Experience with serious illness conversations and end of life care
