- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- The Administrative Assistant applies knowledge and skills in daily performance of duties related to
- Administration. This person will assist the Executive Assistant with administrative duties which will include answering phones, making copies, data entry, scheduling meetings in Microsoft Outlook, assist with time keeping, taking meeting minutes, and receiving visitors.
- The Administrative Assistant must have critical thinking skills, maintain a professional image, exhibit excellent customer service skills, pay close attention to details and manage deadlines well.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
