The Director of Rehab (DOR)– oversees the delivery, quality, and coordination of rehabilitation services—primarily physical, occupational, and speech therapy—for patients receiving skilled care in the home health setting. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary therapy team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate documentation, and promoting efficient, patient-centered care. The DOR collaborates closely with nursing, case management, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes, while also managing staffing, and the performance of therapy personnel. This supervisory position is a hybrid office role (Lincoln based), with alternating field support.

- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy program or Speech Language program required
- Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business and/or similar related field preferred
- Experience managing rehab operations preferred
- Active license to practice in discipline in the State of Nebraska
- At least three years’ experience working in a home health care setting as a therapist required
- Certified Basic Life Support
- Must maintain current driver's license and auto insurance coverage and have access to reliable transportation
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of standards effectively
- Proficient at basic computer/laptop/Ipad, including Microsoft/Windows applications.
