- Document resident participation and provide feedback on engagement levels
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for residents
- High school diploma or equivalent required; recreation, activities, or healthcare experience preferred
- Creative, energetic, and passionate about working with seniors
- Ability to engage individuals and groups with warmth and enthusiasm
- Flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet background check and health clearance requirements
