- One year experience in a similar position is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to work around chemicals
- Must be a team player with strong customer service skills and able to multi-task
- Vacuum, sweep, extract and mop all flooring in assigned area
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms daily in assigned area
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms daily
- Deliver personal clothing to Laundry room, deliver clean clothes and ensure clothes are labeled according to policy
