We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated team member to join us in a dual-role position that combines concrete pump operation and equipment maintenance. Your days will be a mix of running the pump on job sites and keeping our fleet in top shape. No two days are exactly the same—and that’s part of the fun.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating concrete pumps safely and efficiently (don’t worry—we’ll train you)
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on our pumps and trucks
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues on heavy equipment
- Working closely with contractors and crews to deliver great service
- Taking pride in your work and the projects you help build
What We’re Looking For
- CDL required
- Mechanical background and comfort working on heavy equipment
- Willingness to learn concrete pump operation (experience not required)
- High energy, strong work ethic, and a “figure-it-out” mindset
- Someone who values integrity, teamwork, and doing the job right
- A person who wants more than just a job—they want to grow with a company
