We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in high-end residential design, including new construction, remodels/renovations, furnishings, and custom window treatments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute thoughtful and unique residential interior design concepts from initial vision through final installation
- Create and maintain project drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documentation in AutoCAD
- Assist with space planning, finish selections, furniture specifications, and window treatment design
- Source furnishings, materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare polished client-facing presentations using Google Slides and Canva
- Maintain project specifications, schedules, budgets, and procurement tracking through Mydoma and project management platforms
- Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, vendors, and installers throughout project execution
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Participate in site visits, installations, and project meetings as needed
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure design consistency and exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of residential interior design experience preferred
- Proven experience with new construction, renovations/remodels, furniture specification, and window treatment design
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Canva
- Experience with Mydoma Studio preferred
- Familiarity with vendors such as Schumacher, Thibaut, Visual Comfort, Century Furniture, Charles Stewart, Four Hands, and Samuel & Sons is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of residential construction documentation and design processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy and project execution
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere
