Qualifications:
- Some office environment experience required. Law firm experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- One year of work experience working with a computer in an office environment required
- Ability to occasionally work outside of business hours and on weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and highly proficient typist
- Familiar with standard office equipment (copiers, multi-line phone system)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills and high level of literacy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent grammar skills
- Flexibility and willingness to learn/adapt
- Bachelor’s degree required
