About the Role:
Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Dietary Services to lead our dietary department with expertise, creativity, and compassion. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of food service operations in a healthcare setting — from menu planning and regulatory compliance to team leadership and budget control.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise dietary staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Develop nutritious, appealing menus that meet individual dietary needs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations
Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to meet patient dietary requirements
Foster a culture of service, safety, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related field
CDM, CFPP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, DOH, HACCP)
