Regional Director of Clinical OperationsFull-Time | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term CareWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team in our Northern Virginia Region. This role provides strategic clinical oversight, supports multiple communities, and ensures high-quality care delivery across our skilled nursing facilities.About the RoleThe Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting Directors of Nursing, and implementing clinical best practices. This position requires strong clinical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support and guide multiple facilities.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight and support to assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilitiesEnsure compliance with state, federal, and company regulatory standardsPartner with facility leadership teams to improve quality measures, clinical programs, and resident outcomesAssist and mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teamsMonitor clinical performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plansSupport staff development through coaching, training, and hands-on guidanceParticipate in regional meetings, surveys, quality assurance initiatives, and performance evaluationsFoster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvementQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license required in VAMinimum of 1 year of experience as a Regional Director of Clinical OperationsSkilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience is requiredStrong understanding of clinical regulations, quality indicators, and complianceProven leadership abilities with experience supporting multiple facilitiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to travel within the assigned regionBenefitsCompetitive compensationGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)401(k) planDaily Pay optionMedical, dental, vision, and disability benefitsWellness programProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesSupportive and inclusive work environmentSalaryCompensation is based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
